SHIPPING POLICY
We’re excited to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Please note that carriers do not typically process or deliver shipments on weekends or major holidays.
Processing & Delivery Times
•    Processing Time: 1–3 business days
•    Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days within the United States
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all orders over $35 USD.
Shipping costs for orders under $35 will be calculated at checkout.
At this time, Chaylena only ships within the United States.

ORDER VERIFICATION
For security purposes, orders containing a shipping address different from the billing address may require additional verification.
If additional verification is needed, our support team will contact you directly. This may cause slight delays in processing or shipping times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
•    Items must be unused
•    Items must be in their original packaging
•    Items must be in resellable condition
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method based on the original purchase price.
Please note:
•    Original shipping charges are non-refundable
•    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective

EXCHANGES
60-Day Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
•    Items must be unused
•    Items must be in their original packaging
•    Items must be in resellable condition
If the exchanged item has a lower value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be refunded or credited accordingly.
Outbound shipping costs for replacement items may be covered by Chaylena depending on the situation.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
Chaylena reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
