30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

•    Items must be unused
•    Items must be in their original packaging
•    Items must be in resellable condition
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method based on the original purchase price.

Please note:

•    Original shipping charges are non-refundable
•    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective
If your item arrives damaged or has a major defect, please contact us with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges – 60-Day Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange:

•    Items must be unused
•    Items must be in their original packaging
•    Items must be in resellable condition
If the exchanged item has a lower value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be refunded or credited accordingly. Chaylena may cover outbound shipping costs for replacement items depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Chaylena reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
