  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
  • Carriers do not typically process or deliver shipments on weekends or major holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days within the United States
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all orders over $35 USD.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $35 will be calculated at checkout.
  • At this time, Chaylena only ships within the United States.
